Note: Under Muskoka’s existing Procedure By-law “Persons desiring to verbally present information on matters of fact or make a request of Council on giving notice to the Clerk not less than forty-eight hours before the commencement of the meeting of the Council may be heard on leave of the Council, but shall be limited in speaking to not more than ten minutes except that a deputation consisting of more than five persons shall be limited to two speakers, each limited to speaking not more than ten minutes.”
