Government's solution to spread increases over four years does not solve fundamental problem
TORONTO, ON - A new round of property value assessments, scheduled for release beginning this Fall, may have thousands of homeowners reeling from the shock of seeing how much their homes and cottages are now - allegedly - worth.
The Sport Alliance of Ontario announced today that Muskoka has been unanimously chosen to host the 2010 Ontario Winter Youth Games. This announcement comes following the lengthy bidding process that included a formal bid submission and the successful site visit, which took place on March 19th.
Congratulations to Mary McCulley! Mary has been named the recipient of this years Environment Award by the Town of Huntsville for her untiring efforts.
Mary is a Past Co-Chair of the Huntsville Lakes Council and currently serves as a Director and Chair of the Policy Committee for the HLC. Mary is also a representative on the Town's Environment Committee.
